It could just be too much drawing (volume wise) for older computers to
handle. The larger an are that is drawn on the slower flash will go -
so if you have a large window that is being entirely filled, it might
be part of the problem on old computers. I also just checked your
quality settings - HIGH is never recommended. Use medium and you will
get much better framerates. You can also swap between qualities, but
there is never really a reason to go to high.
