[Papervision3D] Making linked Movieclip a Plane and attaching Bitmap

I can add a Bitmap to a Plane and I can make a MovieClip (linked from the
library) into a Plane, but how do I do both?
Basically, I want to make an irregular shaped Plane with an image on both
sides, any suggestions / links?
