[Papervision3D] DAZ Studio output does not work from kmz

Cool, thanks! It worked. I don't know why - the reference in the .dae file
says:

<image id="test">
       <init_from>test.png</init_from>
</image>

And the word "meshes" does not appear in the file at all. I guess it's a
hidden assumption that PV3DP makes.

You're right, it is. The programmers at the company I work for need it that
way. Go figure.
