[Papervision3D] Papervision and moving forward

Thanks Xero, we really appreciate you being out here with us for so long ;)
any examples that you guys are willing to maintain are welcome. As to where
we put them, like on the wiki or in SVN, that's probably going to change.
We haven't discussed it yet, but I've been meaning to bring up that we need
to just have a certain number of basic examples in SVN that cover basics.
And then possibly include a txt file with links to the wiki, blog, other
people's blogs that post examples so that the community can manage them
where they're comfortable with doing so
