[Papervision3D] Sketchup Collada materials and Papervision

I can't get on with Mikes book (sorry Mike). its not one of those books
thats you can think oh what was that thing.. pick up and flick through. Also
expected a book of this size to go into the whole matrix/quaternion etc. The
veiwportLayers section (a paragraph) wtf! Sorry, but 80% of the time I'm
having to explain viewportLayers on the forum. Its more or less whats on the
website.
Erm think I better stop this review.
