[Paperworld] Temporary paperworld web page

well, I had told Trevor I'd get something out there in an hour.  Some 6hrs
later, I finaly put something out there ;)

my first collada experience and I spent some time with rendering displayment
maps with shadows on the text ;)  I had wanted to do some filters on the
objects, but I just didn't know how to access the separate collada objects
to apply runetime filters.

You can look around with the mouse, and I was going to add some ships in the
distance and a big bill board with a message about what's going on, but I
ran out of time.  I just thought giving them a taste of what it might be
like and looking around for stuff might be fun.

anyway, it's temporary ;)  But at least it says paperworld ;)
