[Pixlib] XMLToObject use of ATTRIBUTE_TARGETED_PROPERTY_NAME

Hi there,

I was thinking that ATTRIBUTE_TARGETED_PROPERTY_NAME property can be used to
modifiy the attribue used to set the name of the deserialized node (name
attributes or node name by default), but no.

So can somebody explain to me what is it for ?
