[Pixlib] ConfigLoader character problem

 I have a problem with ConfigLoader

When I send a GET request including special symbols in link parameters
like š and ā( scaron and amacr  ) they are transformed to their ANSI
fellows like s and a.

 I see two sollutions, but need more info:

1) is it possible to make the events and deserialisation work also
when sending the request with POST? Does ConfigLoader wotk with POST?

2) is there a way to make the characters not transformed?

Any other ideas?
