[Red5] Video Object

Hi Dan,

We, or I should say, Luke has abstracted the protocol layer very well, and
adding new protocols for the server to use will be straight forward.  If
fact it has always been a priority to make sure that we are not always tied
to RTMP if we choose not to be.
