Hi Lecanu, as John said there will be new developments posted in the very
near future... :) we are all very excited, as should you. However, please
remember that we are not repacing the Flash Communication Server. Anyone
that suggests this is misunderstanding the Red5 mission. We are working on
interoperability with many clients and even other servers. It just so
happens that we are working on live streaming of video as well. However, we
consider that to be a feature of the Flash Player, and were all for
delivering media/data to the player. We are however targeting a different
market and meeting the needs of a different group. Complete extensibility
will be the selling point for Red5. There will be no limits to the
capabilities of Red5. Thanks for your interest and your offereings of
donations.
