[Red5] First post & user error

Alex, if you want to get the streaming working with the current version out
there you might have to follow my video tutorial. It shows the hack that is
used while we switched to the new codebase. We are now on a new codebase and
I have fixed the issue with the hack. I just have to commit. So I'd say that
this issue won't be for long. Till then, you can find lots of information
including a video tutorial on the hack here:
