[Red5] Server Update

Hi Guys,

Go do an update from svn.
The server is now wired together using spring. See conf/red5.xml.
Ive done quite a bit of refactoring moving things and decoupling. This is
ongoing.
Logging has been improved, with lots more info, and new output pattern.

Test Console Progress

Connect works (green light), but this is old news :)
The server is now decoding all echo types being sent (there was an error in
the fla, for string, object, and array).
The server is decoding shared object connect requests.
The server is decoding stream connect requests.

We need to work out the expected response to these calls and send that back
to flash.

Anyway.. making good progress.
