[Red5] Flash player encoding a stream

Thanks Trevor for the information. It would be nice to have all this
information written down. This thread has been very helpful in understanding
the players capabilities. However, correct me if I'm wrong but RED5 isn't
going to be transcoding from any formats (nelly-moser to mp3). I think our
goal is to just take the bits sent from the player and store, and send on to
the next client. We don't care what those bits represent.
