Gr8 idea. OK, so you sold me -- Step 1, is complete: We've got the 
domain name (OSFlash.tv). (Damn, those .TV addresses are expensive, 
btw!) I love the eat-your-own-dog-food approach. Some questions:

>     * All content will be streamed on demand and archived. Perhaps let
>       people DL FLV also.
>     * Podcasts which cover a topic of interest to the OSFlash community.
>     * Place for developers to have conferences (chat, audio, video). I
>       know we all want this.
>     * Dedicated servers don't cost much and I'm sure we could cover

Based on the list above, the biggest cost here looks like it would be 
*bandwidth* rather than the dedicated server costs. I am assuming that 
to do this right, we are going to need at least 100mbps dedicated 
bandwidth which, from a quick look in the net doesn't come cheap ( > 
$1,000/month ). Thoughts?
