Thats what i mean, i grabbed it from oflaDemo, it doesnt really give 
much detail what its doing exactly ? is it shaping the bandwidth or 
what, and what value should i be putting there ? I commented it out 
because i thought it had something to do witht eh buffering problem, can 
it in fact help witht he buffering issue ?

Ok adding it in helped, but i need to work out what the values are for :\
