[Red5] setup log4j.properties

In my Linux Debian package installation, I haven't the wrapper folder.

I'm searching further documentation about this. 
Unfortunately in all red5 examples the file located under WEB-INF/log4j.properties is always blank.

I'm sure that a simple solution exists! :D
