[Red5] Red5 and Flex 2.0

Just did a quick test.  As of today, Flex 2.0 still hasn't fixed the
SharedObject.getRemote() method.  So, we can't create flex2.0 shared object
apps with Red5 just yet.  However, video streaming does work.
