[Red5] [Red5devs] Getting 0.3 out the door, focus on core API in 0.4

I'm confused,

I;m currently able to live  stream to the server and
watch the stream from another connection as well as
being able to pull a flv from disk... Why are these
things in the TOdo's list for .3 Isn't that ready to
go already?
