[Red5] About streaming " on demand " ... ffmpeg-php thumbnails

Yeah, this went to the list. And I think everyone agrees it would be  
useful.

Again, to add this feature, you would need to add a Spark decoder to  
the Red5 codebase. You could probably do this following the lead of  
the Spark decoder in ffmpeg. Once decoded to a bitmap, encoding to a  
bitmap would be trivial. But  right now, I think I prefer the timely  
release of .5 and .6 (so we can get to scripting this bad boy).
