[Red5] Info about Red5 capabilities and mp3 recording

yes annoying indeed.  I know that Adobe said they were going to release a
command line converter.  I don't think they have yet.  The only other option
I could think of is the On2 engine which can do all sorts of conversions,
but the price tag is outrageous.
