If you're not sure what we're all about, we need a free tool to 
convert/transcode FLV audio to MP3.

We need it on Linux, Win, Mac OS, Solaris, whatever could run on 
customers servers. We need it not as part of FMS3 in 4 years but for the 
time of Red5 release ;)
