[Red5] issue with extended ns.play arguments - getting close

Thanks for the followup - yeah I really do need the playlist functionality. Its basically the last feature required by my group to be released to testing and then a live red5 install for our sites (yay!)

  Yes, I forgot to tell you that till now playlist was not implemented. If you really need it, I will find time to look into it. Quite busy these days on designing streaming part. :-) 



    From what I saw while playing with the new build, setting anything other than 0 for reset resulted in the video not getting played.
