[Red5] Bandwidth Detect Code

Has someone implemented a Bandwidth Detect for Red5?

Like in Peldi's FLVplayer* example, the bandwidth detection 
is a very important feature to deploy the most suitable media 
and provide the best experience for each client.

If nobody has developed a bandwidth check code, 
can you point some method in the Red5 API to do it in java?
