[Red5] running red5 inside of an apache http server directory.

It would require you to get apache-ant running on your windows box and then
just have ant compile the app for you in the directory where you put the
files for compiling... I haven't installed this on windows so I may be in
left field.. so anyone can jump in and correct me..
