[Red5] Release date for 0.5 set

Monday, June 26th, 2006 is the official release date for 0.5

 This release will focus on providing a solid API and code base for Red5

   - Flow control in streaming
   - Security
   - Refactored Streaming Code
   - Simple web based http log / debug console
   - Message style transport API
