[Red5] Some problems with videoconference demo

It'd probably be faster for me just to debug it and get it working again.
The thing is, I built it back when I didn't have the ability to write any
server side script. So, there's a few janky work arounds that just
shouldn't be done the way they are and that's why some of it doesn't work
right now. So, to fix it would be fixing the workarounds which would be
prone to other issues later on ;)
It's a great app to have as a demo, but it needs re-doing IMHO. And I had
planned on re-doing it for our own internal usage, but haven't done it yet.
