[Red5] Please help: capture movie from TV card and broadcast

We have a TV tuner card installed on our server, now I just need to
connect to that TV card, and capture movies first, then I will worry
about the broadcast later. Can anyone give me a pointer?

We have an ausprey we are currently testing, the input device loads like
a normal camera and audio device just select it in the client. However
we found issues with the particular card we have where the frames are
dropping or its encoding the input correctly. Its not a server thing and
the loopback output video has the same thing unsure what it is yet ?
