[Red5] video capture

We are doing a live demo from Paris to locations in the US tomorrow and 
I'm trying to find a way to record the event - but not just the video 
portion like on the server. 

We want to record it as it is seen in the viewer Flash skin we created 
with the web browser showing.  We found some software to do screen 
recording, but it wasn't very good.  It recorded audio in weird codec 
and only recorded 3 frames per second.

Does anyone know of a good screen recording software?
