[Red5] Changing streams folder

I've been trying to change the location of the path that oflaDemo puts
streams for simpleRecorder.swf ... I'm trying to point it to my samba share
so that files are recorded to my file server (Linux). Looked up and down the
config files and thought I finally found it in
webapps/oflademo/WEB-INF/web.xml (line 51), however this does not work as
expected. How can I tell oflaDemo to put streams to another location such as
Z:\?
