You have to read carefully and mybe you've got to cinsult other pager  
(such as wikipedia)
I think I've written these stpes to you in earlier mail.
And yes you'll have to use the terminal! ;-)

1. get Source Fiels from svn (checkout what's svn at wikipedia) with  
an apropriate client (thats described in the wiki link or in the mail  
I've written to you a month ago on the mailiinglist...)
2. compile the source files with ant
3. start the server
4. be happy
5. be happy
6. get worried about your coding errors  ;-)
