[Red5] Installing Red5

Hi
 
I followed this tutorial: http://www.red5tutorials.net/index.php/Tutorials:TomcatLaszloRed5 to install
Tomcat, OpenLaszlo and Red5 on my local pc.
I used war to deploy the apps on the tomcat server. Although I was able to start openlaszlo, red5 doesnt start at all. 
 
In tomcat manager, I get this error:
