[Red5] Help NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp and Ant

People i haver or better saying had an applycation, that used red5 and the 
rome api to play with rss.
It worked once, but one day i woke up and it wasn't working.
It always give me the NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp error.
  I guess it is configured right, the folder exist in the red5 webapps 
folder, the javac tag is pointing to the right places, and everything seems 
to works fine.
  Is there any possibilitie that my external jars are making this error?

Also, how i deploy a application without ant, its just to put it in the jar, 
like the guy in flash extensions said?
where i place the configuration files and the beans etc?
