[Red5] live webcam test

Hi Bill,
I'm here in the UK in London and have been watching the stream for about 15
mins and it is smooth for about 5-6 secs then there is a bit of stutter and
then smooth again. No lock ups failures though at all. We're just in the
process of running some tests so its great to see a live feed here!
