Stream looks better here too after viewing for some time (Finland, 
Europe, 100Mbps, Linux/Ubuntu)

The stream had slight pauses (both video and audio) when the 
BufferLength was around 3-3.5 at the start but once the BufferLength 
automatically increased a bit above 5 (seems to be going around 5-5.5) I 
no longer see any hickups. FrameRate is around 18-22.

Any log / instructions about how I could implement something similar?
