[Red5] Growing Delay in Audio chat application

Hello everybody, i got a problem. I've created a audio chat application and even when i set "live" mode and bufferTime = 0 for incoming stream liveDelay always grows till 1.3 sec, after it reaches 1.3 the growth stops. It's very bad for my app as it is realtime audio chat. Audio quality is the lowest 8KHz so it's not bandwidth problem. I tried on different computers - always the same - liveDelay about 1.3-1.4 sec and doesn't grow anymore.... 

Help me plz!!! Any ideas? Luke , Joachim i like Red5 very much, but still can't create normal realtime audiochat
