[Red5] Readme file not up to date?

I found it sort of wierd that the JAVA_VERSION had to be defined as an
environment variable too.  I haven't ever had to set that for any other
applications using Java/Tomcat....etc.  In any case, I set mine as well,
just as Lenny said and all seems to be working fine.
