[Red5] NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp

I have Red5 running as a service on Ubuntu. I'm using a Flash application
for testing SharedObjects.
When I put the URI to oflaDemo it connects fine, but when I point it to my
webapp the NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp error message appears.

Are there any possible situations list when this message could come up?
