[Red5] Ghost Connections

Hi all,

I am still having trouble with ghost connections. I interpreted the 
ping_interval configuration as a method to work around this, but it does 
not seem to work. Or am I misunderstanding something here?

I have over 20% of ghost connections on average, which is quite annoying 
in a chat room, because people who aren't online anymore are still in 
the list and counted as connected to the shared object.

Any ideas?
