[Red5] Pause delay due Jetty buffer (or something like this)

I have checked in the enhancement (r2488). Please make an SVN update and see
if it is OK now.

BTW it is not correct in your video that the pendingMessage is negative. I
guess there might be bugs in your monitor tool.
