[Red5] Simple question: what to do to the build.xml file

I'm trying to build and test Red5 server applications locally on Windows 
Vista before deploying to my Windows server. My problem is that the tutorial 
I was following at flashextensions.com is outdated with regard to how to 
modify the build.xml file in order to use ant.

So my simple question is:

Suppose I've done everything correctly in Eclipse, as far as creating an 
application, called "demo", located at "C:\Program Files\Red5\webapps\demo".

    Then exactly what do I need to change in (or add to) the build.xml file?

(And then I just type in "ant server", right?)
