I still suggest piping nsv x264 aac stream from nsv broadcasting tools
to a java client containing a java translation of the nsv bitstream
library, which would fire those video/audio data events.
You could set it up so red5 has a shout-cast mount and it in turn would
publish the x264 stream.

and if you mean H.264, there is no support for streaming H.264, but of
course the server could serve the file using HTTP progressive download.
However, we are looking into the ability to stream H.264. Fortunately,
at this point, the only Flash Player that can play H.264 is still in
beta so we have some time.
