[Red5] adobe flash media server 3 is out ! h.264!!

Well the latest offical player now supports H.264 and so I don't see
why sites like Youtube wouldn't start using for all the new stuff.
Pretty significant upgrade. I don't see it taking too long before it's
the vp6 killer..
