[Red5] Installing RED 5 under Debian Sarge

Hi all,

I would like to install RED 5 on a server which runs a Debian Sarge  
distribution.
I found this directory : http://dl.fancycode.com/red5/debian/0.6rc1/  
but I am not very familiar with Debian... I am rather an Ubuntu or  
Fedora guy ( and quite a newbie under linux in fact... ), and I don't  
know what to do with those files. Is the .deb a package like under  
Ubuntu ?
What are the requierments to install RED5 ? Do I need to install  
special libraries first ?
Is there any tutorial regarding RED5 installation under Debian ?
