[Red5] NetStream.Publish.BadName when user tries to create a stream with the same name

Hi!
I get the:Error #2044: Unhandled NetStatusEvent:. level=error, code=NetStream.Publish.BadName
error when trying to publish a stream with the same name.
I understand that this error should occur when an other client tries to create a stream with the same name, but IMHO it shouldn't occur when the old publisher of the stream publishes a new stream under the same name. I'm not sure but as I remember this error didn't occur in FMS2.
