[Red5] Red5 -i'm lost with it dont know how to connect with an application

Hello All , and thank you for who answered me last time
 
I'm trying to make a new application and connect to it 24 hours ago and didn't success
 
Here is some information can  help who want to help me 
 
about My system 
 
Windows XP home 
 
about my experiance:
I'm a flash developer only using  AS and AS2 and SSAS when i use FMS
and almost my knowledge not more scripting languages like JavaScript or VBscript Plus the basic Web languages such as HTML CSS and so for...
 
Note: i don't know anything about JAVA ---->Sun
and don't know anything about this environment or python or C++ at all...
So please anything Not related With what i know be sure i will not understand as long as you didn't told me what i do 
 
 
My Case :in the beginning  
 
1-I installed Red5 on my system in the same time With FMS  and also i downloaded and installed  the Java SDK but without jdk .
 
Description: i tested the examples Application  and i connected successfully to them i also made new fla but using the same examples applications    name and streamed some flv files to test the concept of the streams  in this point every thing is ok and fine .
 
Now i tried to make a new application same as the documentation said  i went to the red5 doc root ,i copied the my app from the templates folder
manually and past them in webapps folder
 
i went to flash and i made my connection function and made a trace for info.code  to see the status its always failed 
 
anyway after trying about 10 hours i get tired and i searched for a new tutorials or video tutorials and i found this

he is using a strange program to create a new application plus he made strange thing such as stopping the service of red5 
 
anyway i made the same as the tutorials and still cannot connect for example if you saw the video tutorials he made a new application with name 
red5demos i made my own application and gave it for example a name "sabrawy" and made the same steps  also cannot
 
in the same time when i cannot connect sabrawy application via rtmp protocol inside Flash  when i replace sabrawy with any other examples application name it's working fine .
 
I don't Know what to do or where to go ...can you help?
 
Why it's not easy like FMS just create a folder then you have your own new application?
 
please i'm lost with red5
so i will remove all those software i installed on my Pc and please Step by stem tell 
 
for example :
get red5 Ver. ***?
and get java SDK with jdk..
and what i must install first this or this
Plus do i have to get a program like eclipse .or i can do the it manually ?
and if i need it  which Ver.. i get ?
 
another Question if some one of red5 developers team read my email i want to ask ..
is the Red5 for Only java developers and other languages like python and so for
 
what about us who only have AS skills and SSAS skills we can't use it without we have to read about JAVA you know those languages is a little difficult for a web designer and needs time to learn
