[Red5] Streaming help

Automatically checking the bandwidth ? Well oflademo has the method to
call the bwDone for the flash video components, i have the code for the
detection but looks painful to port i might have a go at it. Right now
im looking at extending the ffmpeg php extension to not only get data
but convert files, im trying to learn c, so maybe it was left out
because of memory problems :)
