[Red5] java wrapper for ffmpeg libraries

Hi thanks mate, i know about this one but yet again not docs, unless u
have to generate it from the source, and aparantly its vapourware ? And
fobs is the new one but no idea how to use that either as its a c++
wrapper.
All i have so far is this :D
