[Red5] convert FLV to other formats.. solution.

yea thats painful =)

I heard a while back of a code bounty for decoding the nellymoser 
codec.. Didn't hear anything from that since then..

Perhaps at one point we can all collect money and get an even bigger one 
(and make sure half the webdev world knows..)
