[Red5] Fullscreen option with Publisher

Yeah, just figured that out.

Got it running in Full Screen now.

Let me know if you want or need the publisher.html I modified.

Be glad to send it over to you.

Works pretty well in full screen.

By the way, your player works great.

Does your have the capability to go full screen as well?
