[Red5] Insufficient BW, or client config? (Does this workforanyone? - strange; bigger is better)

I didn't know a new version came out -- Thanks, I'll try that. Do you still
get periodic Insufficient BW errors with 8.0.2.0? Mine occur once every
couple minutes on 8.0.1.8.
